Dry pressure gauge with a stainless steel casing for panel assembly

All our pressure gauges are high quality material. Do you need a pressure gauge for a damp room or a moist environment, where there is no risk of vibrations or sudden pressure blows? And would you like to mount the pressure gauge onto a panel? Pick one of our stainless steel cased dry pressure gauges for panel mounting. The difference between a dry, and a glycerin filled pressure gauge is, that the latter is filled with a fluid (usually glycerin). The fluid protects parts of the manometer from wearing out due to mechanical vibrations, pressure waves, or pressure blows. It also stabilizes the indicator in the display, so the pressure values can be read and interpreted accurately. These pressure gauges are a bit more expensive; if such vibrations or shocks will not occur, then a dry pressure gauge will be a perfect choice for you.

Stainless steel

A stainless steel cased dry pressure gauge for panel mounting can be used in environments where the circumstances might cause corrosion, for example moist. Stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion. A minimum of 10.5% of chrome is added to the steel alloy, and will form a thin, oxygen proof layer on the surface.

Our range of gauges

Within our range, we distinguish four basic types of stainless steel cased dry pressure gauges for panel mounting:

Most of these basic types are available in two or more models. They differ in connection type, dimensions, or assembly method.

7012

This type is available with a case diameter of 100 mm. Case, Bourdon tube, mechanism as well as its bottom connection are made of stainless steel. It can be panel mounted using three screw holes in its back flange.

7016

This pressure gauge also has a case diameter of 100 mm and its case, Bourdon tube, mechanism and connection are also made of stainless steel. The connection is on the backside and by using the three screw holes in its front flange, this pressure gauge can be mounted on a panel.

7022 and 7026

These pressure gauges are available with diameters of 63 mm and 100 mm. The 7022 has a bottom connection, the 7026 is equipped with a back connection.

Maintenance of your pressure gauge

Do you need maintenance service for your stainless steel cased dry pressure gauge for panel mounting? EMVO Techniek can also help you with that. To make sure that your pressure gauge continues to work properly, it is important that it is calibrated periodically. We have the know-how and the tools to calibrate, repair, and maintain your pressure gauges, thermometers and pressure transmitters. At our own workshop we repair, revise, adjust, and produce pressure gauges.
