Fully stainless steel

Glycerin filled pressure gauges for panel assembly fully made out of stainless steel, are instruments that are used in areas where vibrations, blows and surges of pressure may occur, even in damp environments. Furthermore, media that may cause corrosion will not damage the interior of the instrument. At EMVO Techniek we always maintain a large stock, so all pressure gauges are available directly from stock.

Glycerin

The glycerin stabilizes the needle behind the window because it absorbs blows and vibrations. That way, you will always be able to read the correct pressure values. The glycerin also prevents the instrument from early abrasion because it protects the different parts of the manometer. You can see the glycerin through the glass: a little air bubble is visible in the top part of the display.

Stainless steel

Due to the fact that this pressure gauge type is fully made of stainless steel, no parts of the instrument will rust prematurely. A minimum of 10.5% of chromium is added to the steel alloy of carbon and iron and will form a thin, oxygen proof layer on it’s surface to prevent it from corrosion.

Two types

At EMVO Techniek, we have two different types of glycerin filled pressure gauges for panel assembly fully made out of stainless steel available:

7222

The 7222 is available in two different models: one with a 63 mm diameter and another with a 100 mm diameter class 1.0. They both dispose of:

  • A stainless steel bottom connection;
  • A stainless steel back flange with three assembly holes;
  • Stainless steel Bourdon tube and mechanism;
  • A glass window.

7226

The 7226 is also available in a 63 mm and a 100 mm diameter version. The difference between this one and the 7222 is, that the 7226 has a back connection, and a front flange instead of a back flange to assembly the pressure gauge onto a panel.

Pressure reach

You can order your glycerin filled pressure gauge for panel mountain in any reach you need. Please consider that the manometers’ reach should be at least 30% higher than average pressure in the measured medium. In some cases, even more clearance is recommended. That way, big abnormalities in pressure can be measured and your pressure gauge will not be damaged.

Accuracy

Pressure gauge accuracy is expressed in the class number. Class 1.0 for example, means that the manometer has a maximum deviation of 1% of the total reach. In this case, at a maximum scale reach of 10 bars, the maximum deviation would be 0.1 bar.

Maintenance, repairing and calibration

Do you need a partner that can take care of maintenance and repairing of your pressure gauge? EMVO Techniek has a team of experts working in our modern workshop. We also have a fully renewed and modern calibration station. You can always contact us for repairing your manometer or for periodic maintenance. Calibration is important to guarantee that your pressure gauge will continue to function correctly.

Contact

Do you need any help choosing the right pressure gauge? Are you looking for a fully stainless steel, glycerin filled pressure gauge for panel mounting? Or would another type of instrument be a better option? Please, contact us and we will be glad to help you make the right decision.
