Which pressure gauge do you need?

Choosing the right pressure gauge depends on your application. Consider the pressure range, measurement unit (Bar or PSI), operating conditions, and type of medium. Our specialists help you find the gauge that fits your needs. In typical environments with stable temperatures, no pressure spikes or vibrations, and a non‑corrosive, clean medium, a dry gauge with a steel or plastic case works well. If you need to stabilize the needle and protect the mechanism from shocks, choose a glycerine‑filled gauge. For corrosive media or harsher environments, select a stainless steel gauge. Pressure gauges with custom printed dials

EMVO Techniek offers the option to equip pressure gauges with custom printed dials, for example with a company logo, specific markings, or a modified scale. To provide optimal support, EMVO Techniek has its own dial printer, allowing us to produce custom designs quickly and accurately in-house.

When a customer requests a pressure gauge with a printed dial, EMVO Techniek first reviews the submitted design. After receiving the logo or design file (preferably in PNG format), we always create a sample of the dial. Only after the customer approves the sample do we print and install the dial in the pressure gauge. This process ensures that the final product fully meets the customer’s expectations.

This approach is ideal for small quantities, where speed and flexibility are important. Thanks to our in-house printing process, we can often deliver within a few working days. For larger quantities, we coordinate production in bigger batches, which is generally more cost-effective. EMVO Techniek actively advises on the best approach for each request.
