Glycerin-filled pressure gauge
A glycerin-filled pressure gauge is ideal for applications where pressure must be measured in environments with frequent vibrations, shocks, or (large) pressure surges. The glycerin inside the gauge absorbs these vibrations and shocks, stabilizing the needle and reducing wear on the internal mechanism.
Stainless steel case
A glycerin-filled pressure gauge with a stainless steel case is ideal for environments where corrosion may occur, for example due to moisture. Stainless steel contains a certain amount of chromium, which provides a high level of protection against corrosion.
